We were briefed to developed the Identity, Brand, and Ticket website, for the virtual Burns Big Night In.

The National Trust for Scotland is the conservation charity that protects so much of what makes Scotland special. From coastlines to castles, art to architecture, wildlife to wilderness, their charity brings Scotland’s stories to life through unforgettable experiences at their places, or virtually.

Staying true to the National Trust for Scotland brand, typography and colour palette.

The logo had to be engaging, warm, celebratory, upbeat, surprising, lively and vibrant.

Definitely not twee, think festival vibes.

THE BRIEF

NTS wanted to appeal to a younger, cultured, audience who usually attend live music events, theatres, and arts venues. Foodies who miss going out to restaurants and checking out the new places in town. Connected to Scots culture, and appreciate a good dram.

We designed and developed the website within one week to ensure it was ready for launch.

THE BRIEF

The event website needs to encapsulate the vibrancy of the Burns Big Night In event, yet still compliment the National Trust for Scotland brand rather than competing with it. In addition, it must also compliment the STV creative direction for the TV ad.
